Indie is a unique spa boasting five treatment rooms including a Rasul and bathhouse. Indie Spa is part of the new Sunnymead Hotel and a sister spa to Lux Spa + Wellness at Great Ocean Road Resort. Your role will involve delivering exceptional spa treatments to guests, as well as sharing your skincare knowledge to provide aftercare service.

Experienced spa therapists and graduate therapists are both welcome to apply!

About you: 

• Possess a Diploma in Massage or Beauty Therapy 

• Confident in delivering all spa services including facials, massage + body treatments

• Excellent customer service with a friendly, welcoming manner 

• Passion for the beauty industry with the drive to further your knowledge and skill set

Generous commission is paid on all retail products sold, retail products are also received as an incentive and commission is paid on monthly performance.

Upskill Spa Therapist Program (Optional)

We offer a unique opportunity for those passionate about spa and wellness to upskill to become one of our Spa Therapists, allowing you to start a career in the industry. Our management team with over 25 years’ experience provide comprehensive on the job training and mentoring allowing you to earn while you learn. You will complete an accredited skin education course and massage training course to build on your passion for the wellness space, and become an experienced spa therapist.

Our Upskill Spa Therapist program will be personally designed around your current strengths, interests, and future goals. Spa treatments you will be qualified in once completing the program will be as follows:

• Relaxation massage

• Body exfoliation and mud wraps

• Steam room treatments

• Facials

• Client consultations and retail recommendation
